Your satisfaction matters to us! If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact The Cleaning Queens within 24 hours of your completed service. We’ll review your concerns and, when appropriate, arrange a time that works for both you and our team to return and address any areas that may have been missed.

Please keep in mind that services or add-ons that were not included in your original booking are not considered missed areas, but we’re always happy to discuss your concerns and work with you to find a solution.
